Annet Mahendru

Mahendru was the child of a Russian mother and a Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She is fluent in German, Russian English as well as French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru was born to an Indian father and a Russian mother. The choreographed show she performed at age 11, which appeared on German TV, changed her into an Russian dancer who was a snow maiden. She finished high school with a degree in New York and received a bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. Then in NYC, she was studying acting in the HB Studio. Later on, she moved to the Groundlings School and took up various initiatives. She was created at the age of 13 in Kabul Afghanistan, to Hindu-Indian Ghanshan Kenne Mahendru (father) as well as Russian Olga (mother). The family moved into East Meadow New York, with her father when she was 13, and is now starring with Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel on FX's The Americans. Television actress who is best known for her role as former KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. She also had recurring roles on The Following on Fox, The Following as well as the NBC show The Blacklist.
